We aim to send all Jewellery within 48 hours of order and whenever possible, in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday).

We do keep stock of all the items we sell. However, as our jewellery is handcrafted and each ring can come in 30 different sizes it is impossible for us to stock every item in every size. This means that we may need to make or adjust the item you order before we send it out to you.

We use The Royal Mail Special Delivery service to deliver your jewellery, they offer a secure, insured and speedy service.
On dispatch we will email you with information on how to track your order. It is of course fully insured and will require a signature.
If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.
Once you have placed an order, your card details will be verified and the order processed. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order. This payment will show on your statements as Diamond Jewelry United Ltd.
A confirmation email will then be sent to you and we recommend that you print off and retain a copy or save to a folder. Please keep the email safe as it will contain your order number. This number should be quoted when you contact us here at DiamondJewelryUnited.com.

We are currently offering FREE worldwide delivery on all orders. 
For all deliveries outside of the UK or orders to Ireland we use Fedex.
Please note:
You will be liable to pay all import duties and taxes to the country this jewellery is being sent to, if it is outside the EU.

Returns

Buying diamond jewelry online can be risky. However, to enable you to buy with full confidence, we have put a 60 DAY UNCONDITIONAL RETURN POLICY in place, so that you can wear it, show it off, and be 100% sure that this jewelry piece is right for you.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund.

 Please contact us before returning the item.

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must:

• Be returned to Diamond Jewelry United within 45 days of receipt.
• Be returned in their original condition, as they were shipped, and in their original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice, appraisal and GIE Certificate
• If merchandise is returned without the original invoice a 15% administrative fee will be charged.
• Not be resized or damaged in any way.
• Have all original labels and the tags affixed. All jewelry labels and tags must not be removed replaced or altered in any way.

Shipment and Insurance

All products are insured by us. Ensure that the item is sent back by registered post, so that a signature is required, which will help tracking the whereabouts of the package.

As mentioning on the package that you are sending it back to Diamond Jewelry United would be an invitation to thieves, please send the package back to the following address:

Return Process

As soon as we receive the item, we will have one of our jewelry experts inspect it and if they verify that the item has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, you will be fully refunded. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received by our experts.
