Buying diamond jewelry online can be risky. However, to enable you to buy with full confidence, we have put a 30 DAY UNCONDITIONAL RETURN POLICY in place, so that you can wear it, show it off, and be 100% sure that this jewelry piece is right for you.

 If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt,   for a full refund less postage.                   .

If your merchandise becomes defective within 120 days of receipt, you can send it back to us and our jewelry experts will inspect it and try have it repaired or send you a new item.

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must:

•  Be returned to Diamond Jewelry United within 30 days of receipt.
•  Be returned in their original condition, as they were shipped, and in their original    
   packaging.
•  Be accompanied by the original invoice, appraisal, free gift (if one was provided).
•  If merchandise is returned without the original invoice a 15% administrative fee will be      
   charged.          
•  Not be resized or damaged in any way.
•  Have all original labels and the tags affixed. All jewelry labels and tags must not be
   removed replaced or altered in any way.

Shipment and Insurance

All products are insured by us. Ensure that the item is sent back by registered post, so that a signature is required, which will help tracking the whereabouts of the package.

Return Process

As soon as we receive the item, we will have one of our jewelry experts inspect it and if they verify that the item has been returned in the same condition as it was sent,  you will be fully refunded. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received by our experts.
